i havent been on here in a long time.
i did a lot of crafting up till christmas then slacked off since then.
we have had cyclones, floods, rain and even an earthquake tremor in my area the last few months. unbelievable. sure makes you think about life!
anyhow i posted up a few new videos on my youtube

we have been so busy here is my little son

my youngest got croup and was pretty sick in june.

then he broke his arm on the last day of school in the last hour.

as he was still chesty and coughy we had to wait a week but finally he went in for his first big operation and i stayed over night with him. he was very brave as it was very painful.

he got some sweet gifts from us and my parents and brother and sisterinlaw.

i will make him a mini album for show and tell!!

hey everyone just wanted to update my crafty life here

i have posted a tutorial on youtube on making cute flowers in april so check out that.

i also show and tell the leafy green felt covered paperbag journal i made for schnerby in the aussie just one thing swap. turned out beautiful!

its a rainy easter saturday here
i had a lovely week apart from work and housework lol
i spent a little on some crafty goodness which always makes me happy
i got my 2 boys some crafty stuff
and we have had fun making rubber dubber do - took some photos
will post those soon
and i have just got a new beado kit, some water paints and shimmer paints
they are going to be making tag books
i have used my sizzix to cut out the tags from recycled cardboard (boxes)
so will take pics when we are done
i have to finish some extras for the wist swap for my partner i want to get it posted as soon as postoffice reopens hope my partner likes everything will update soon

I have been crafting madly for my wist swap

New dinosaur mini tag book with tutorial

I had a fun making this for the recycle challenge on my craftmates forum

I cut the tags from recycle cardboard and a cute map from my sons class display which he had used me to guide me around the Dinosaur Museum.

See my video tutorial, also on youtube, for more details on how to make this. Now my kids want to make more of these. I will try new shapes.

I recieved these goodies in the sss19 for july

I sent off 7 of these to people all over the world. the take me over 2 hours to hand sew. brooch and hairpins. They all made it safely! yay!

i also have been making bookmarks or gift tags which are so cute to add to your gift or use in your book. i try to have some made up for gift giving extras in swaps and sales. so sweet. i used the cuttlebug to emboss and then inked. i love yarn and used different textured yarns. i added bling for some sparkle ~ rhinestones

I love sending suprises in my swaps and sales on oztion . here are some of my cards I have been making. quick ones!

This one is a teddy (sizzix) which i diecut than inked and added it to a simple embossed card which i inked and curved the corners.

Hi and welcome to everyone reading my blog. I have been busy with kids over the holidays and overseas visitors. I made this mini album for my daughters friend who turned 16.

Basicall cut the top quarter away of a 12 inch cardstock sheet and embellish and fold into mini album. See my tutorial channel for a video tutorial on making this album. It was so fun to make.
